It always amazes me how much growth can happen in such a short amount of time! The first seeds of the year were planted a week from yesterday and already so many have sprouted.
Lettuce, broccoli, kale, kohlrabi, chard, celery, onions, lavender, and thyme have all made an appearance. I love going out in the morning to see what new seedlings have emerged.

I'm choosing to focus on all the baby plants and vibrant green colors, rather than the mountains of snow the tunnels are buried under!

It's hard to imagine that we will be able to start planting in three short weeks, but I'm staying hopeful. All we need is a few sunny warm days and LOTS of snow removal to stay on track!
Farm Fresh Eggs are available for ordering with pick up on Wednesday, 11-2pm.
