Join us as we celebrate the Spring Equinox on Thursday, March 20th! It's the perfect time to mark the start of spring and our exciting partnership with The Pines Restaurant. We'll be showcasing early season ingredients in a multi-course dinner by Chef Kyle. Come enjoy great food, fresh vibes, and the first taste of spring!

We are back at in the greenhouse and are actively planting thousands of seeds! With only a month to go until plants are in the ground, we are seeding all of our favorite spring veggies. It feels so good to have our hands busy in soil and soaking up some wonderful sunshine while we're at it!

In preparation for the The Pines Spring Preview, we are having some fun trying out new varieties and methods for even earlier veggies! Quick growing microgreens and pea shoots will hopefully be on the menu and maybe even some baby radishes if we are lucky!

We've also been super busy planning and plotting out our growing schedule! So much time and thought goes into figuring out where & when everything will be planted each season. It's like a giant jigsaw puzzle trying to figure out how it all fits together!

With eggs in high demand, and short supply nationally, I'm sure some of you are wondering why we haven't had many eggs available. After losing some of our flock this past summer to raccoons, and prolonged cold temps, egg production is way down right now. We are hoping with the warming temps that the chickens will start laying better soon, but for the time being inventory is still really low.
